p.699, Lemma 1: replace "Bernoulli variable" with "Bernoulli distribution".

p.700, Lemma 2: outline -> outlined

p.700: equation (5) should have "1-" not "1+" 

p.703: figures on p.703 and p.705 are not useful.  worse, they are all
screwed up on its inner probabilities.  For example, Figure 1, instead of
2/3, 1/2, 1/2, 1/3 on the top left, it should have been 3/4, 1/2, 3/4, and
1/2.  Instead of 2/3, 1/2, 1/2, 1/3 on the top right, it should have been
1/2, 1/4, 1/2, 1/4.  (The caption notes this.)  For example, Figure 2
caption should have investor 2 inferring, not investor 1.

p.708: caption to figure 1.  The peak for perfect communication is obviously
at 1/2, not at 1/3.

p.714: tha -> that

p.715, last line: of -> or

p.716, 14th last line: reverse "G and B" to "B and G"

p.716, 10th last line: than -> that

p.716, 4th last line: 1/3 -> 0.375.

p.717, 8th line: 0.8 -> 0.875.
